The Outpatient Department is responsible for handling complicated and severe cases in various specialties. Patients can be referred to the relevant specialty for diagnosis and treatment by presenting their application, after evaluated by doctors of Health Centres, Conde de São Januário General Hospital or private institutions/clinics.
