1. What should I do if I cannot attend a scheduled consultation?

Patients should request to reschedule the consultation in advance by:

  1. Online rescheduling: Process by using the “Macao Health Bureau Information Kiosk” mobile app or visiting the Health Bureau’s website (https://www.ssm.gov.mo/myhealth/public.html). (For details, please refer to the “Location and service hours for appointment-making” column)
  2. Calling the Outpatient Reschedule Hotlines: 8390 6000 (all specialized outpatient clinics), 8390 8868 (Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Macao) and 8893 4600 (Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Taipa);
  3. Visiting corresponding service points: Lobby of Conde de São Januário General Hospital and Registration Office at G/F of Outpatient Building (all specialized outpatient clinics); Psychiatry Reception Counter at G/F of Outpatient Building of Conde de São Januário General Hospital (Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Macao); Reception Counter at G/F of Taipa Psychiatric Building (Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Taipa).
