Service Introduction
Procedures for the issuance of authorisation for firms for import, export and wholesale of pharmaceutical products which intend to distribute, import and export narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Service target and eligibility: Firms for import, export and wholesale of pharmaceutical products that hold a P/N authorisation, namely the authorisation for import, export and wholesale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their preparations as listed in Tables I-IV indicated in Decree-Law no. 34/99/M dated 19th July.
The ethics and conduct is determined by the content of the criminal record, taking into account only the public interest in promoting health and combating the trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Result of application: Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau will issue an “authorisation for import, export and wholesale/sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances” to the firms for import, export and wholesale of pharmaceutical products that meet the statutory requirements.
