How to Apply?
Application Period:Applications are open all year round.
Application Procedures and Documents Required:
- Registration Process: Registering for the course – Drawing lots for the candidates – Signing up for the course.
- Register online at www.dsedj.gov.mo/act or fill in the Application Form (It can be downloaded from the webpage of “Electronic Services – – Forms” on the DSEDJ website at www.dsedj.gov.mo), submit it in person or fax it to the centre that offers the course.

Postal Application:
Please send the registration form to the centre that offers the course by post. The date of receipt of the registration form by the centre shall be deemed to be the date of registration.
Fee
Tuition is free. (Material fees will be charged for interest classes.)
Processing Time
Please note the date of “announcement of lot drawing result” stated on the prospectus
Remarks / Guidance Notes
- Age of the applicant is counted on the base of a full year. (Suppose the applicant is 29 years and 11 months old on the starting day of the interest class, his/her age is considered 29 years old).
- The information on the prospectus shall prevail. The DSEDJ reserves the right to the final interpretation and modification of the notes mentioned above.

Obtain the Service Results:
The admission results will be posted at the centre that offers the course; successful applicants will be notified by an SMS. Applicants can also check the admission results on the DSEDJ website (Electronic Services-Inquiry/Sign-up for activities). Once receiving an SMS notification, admitted candidates must submit the enrollment form within the specific time.
