Re-issue of transferist card


How to apply

Application procedures and required documents:

  1. Completed application form【T/CG Model 501】 (forms can be downloaded from MGTO website or available from MGTO/MGSC/MGSC-I);  application should be submitted by travel agency employing applicant as transferist;
    Note: The application form must be signed by the lawful representative(s) of the company that is the license holder of the travel agency or the technical director of the travel agency. Company chop as well as a copy of the signatory(s)’ identity document(s) (front and reverse side on the same page) must be appended to the application.
  2. Copy of identity document of transferist (front and reverse side on same page. Original identity document must be produced for examination);
  3. Copy of proof of case report issued by the competent authority (original certificate must be produced for examination);
  4. Copy of document detailing address of residence of transferist (e.g. copy of water bill or electricity bill);
  5. An 1½-inch, recent, color, bare-headed and full-faced photograph or digital photograph; or to be photographed on-site without charge.

Macao Government Services Centre in Islands (MGSC-I) (Application forms and related documents will be collected through Municipal Affairs Bureau representatives)
Address: Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.º andar, Taipa
Office hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (no lunch break)
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)


Fees

  • First re-issue: MOP 200 (plus 10% stamp duty).
  • Subsequent re-issues: MOP 500 (plus 10% stamp duty).

Place of application

  • Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) headquarter – Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque,  bank draft (made payable to “Fundo de Turismo”), Macau Pass card or via the online payment platform of the Macao SAR Government “GovPay” payment platform.
  • Macao Government Services Centre (MGSC) /Macao Government Services Centre in Islands (MGSC-I) – Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque, bank draft (made payable to “Instituto para os Assuntos Municipais”), Macau Pass card or via the “GovPay” payment platform.

Note: The payment methods accepted by the “GovPay” payment platform include: Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay) and QR code payment methods. (For more details on the “GovPay” payment platform, please refer to the following link: https://www.dsf.gov.mo/tax/ePaymentList.aspx)

Important information
According to Administrative Regulation no. 22/2008

  • Payment can be made by only one of the means above in each payment;
  • Exact amount payable should be put on the cheque and bank draft;
  • The date on the cheque should be no more than 3 days prior to the date when payment is made;
  • The cheque should be certified if the payment is equal to or exceeding MOP 50,000.

Time for processing

Reissue of the card: Within 15 working days from the following day after the application with all necessary documents have been submitted to MGTO.(Performance pledge)
