Tourism Utility

Service Introduction

Service group: Owners or operators who intend to apply for “Tourism Utility”

Eligibility for application:

  1. Owner(s) or operator(s) of the following:
    1. Hotels;
    2. Similar establishments of hotels;
    3. Integrated tourism facilities; or
    4. Cultural and sports facilities that are not integrated tourism facilities or parts thereof.
  2. The aforementioned must be:
    1. New establishment; or
    2. An existing establishment that must undergo complete or partial renovation, improvement and installation of new equipment to upgrade its value or class and service quality.
  3. All plans of the establishment must be approved by the relevant departments.
