Application for Venue Booking


How to apply

Application period: The related information and application form must be submitted to MGTO at least 7 working days prior to the date of the venue rental.

Application procedures and required documents:

  1. Application can be submitted in terms of letter, fax, email, or in person together with the application form as well as online (application form can be downloaded from Macao Government Tourism Office website or obtained from Tourist Information Counter of Ritz Building in person);
  2. Letter or fax should be attention to “Director of Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO)” or “Head of Facilities Management Division” indicating event name, date, time, usage and nature;
  3. Content and introduction of event (including information on organizer/co-organizer, nature and type of event), timetable of the event and site decoration plan (including venue design, number of partition, equipment used, and estimated number of participants etc.).

Remark: MGTO reserves the final right to reject, cancel or revise venue booking under certain circumstances, without any compensation.

Office hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:45pm
Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:30pm
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)


Fees

Fees: Free of charge.


Time for processing

Venue Booking (Ritz Building): According to MGTO’s performance Pledge guidelines, reply within 5 working days upon receipt of complete application.

Enquiry on progress and reception of services results

Enquiry on application progress: Application progress can be checked through online venue booking enquiry or by phone.

Way to obtain application result: Will be notified in written.
