How to Apply

Application Procedures and Documents Required:
1. Active students of Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies:
- Online application:
a. Application should be made via UTM “eServices” online platform.
b. Upon the approval of the applicaion, fee payment should be made at UTM via campus KIOSK, or by cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier order at the Cashier.
c. The applicant can collect the course outlines after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
d. The applicant / authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the course outlines.
2. Alumni of Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies:
- In-person:
a. Upon the submission of the completed application form, a debit note will be issued by the handling staff for fee payment. Fee payment should be made at UTM by cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque at the Cashier.
b. The applicant can collect the course outlines after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
c. The Applicant/ authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the course outlines. - Online:
a. Application should be made via “MyUTM” App. of UTM.
b. Once the application is approved, fee payment should be made via MyUTM App online payment, or by cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque at the Cashier.
c. The applicant can collect the course outlines after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
d. The applicant / authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the course outlines.

Charges
MOP55 per academic year
To be paid by either the following methods:
a) Cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque
b) Campus KIOSK (for students of Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies)
c) MyUTM payment platform (for alumni of Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies only)
Processing Time
Ready for collection after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee settlement. ( Performance Pledge Programme)
Remarks / notes for application
- If no payment is made after 7 days upon the approval of the application, the application will be automatically cancelled by the system.
- A system generated notification email will be sent to the applicant upon completion of the application process. Items and documents uncollected within 3 months after the notification shall be destroyed.
