How to Apply

Submission Period:

  • 1. Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies: referring to Student Handbook on which states that application must be submitted withint five working days after the results are released.
  • 2. Institute of Executive and Professional Development students can submit an appeal request in written form (by email, fax or approach our service counter in person) within 1 month after the results are announced. Requests sent beyond the said period will not be accepted.

  • 2. Institute of Executive and Professional Development students: requests need to be send in written form (either by email, fax or approach the service counter in person)

Remarks/Notes for Application

1. Students in Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management/ Faculty of Creative Tourism and Intelligent Technologies :

  • Students who have doubts about the course grade and wish to clarify with the faculty members can send their requests via “eServices” within 5 working days after the grades have been uploaded on “eServices”.
  • If students want to appeal after the score review, must submit a justification and it needs to be submitted within five working days from the date of the score review, which is handled by the appeal task force. The members include the relevant course coordinator, subject convener and director of the concerned school.

2. Institute of Executive and Professional Development:

  • Students who have doubts about the course grade can submit an appeal request in written form within 1 month after the results are announced. Requests sent beyond the said period will not be accepted
