Formalities and Required Documents

Applications should be made in person at the Marine and Water Bureau, with the submission of the followings:

  1. Application form for Cancellation of Seaman Registration (Format M4/DET); (the form can be obtained from the locations for application)
  2. Copy of I.D.(original copy to be presented);
  3. Original copy of seaman’s registration card.

Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Free.


Processing Time

Upon submission of all necessary documents, the processing time is 3 working days, following the day of application submission. (Performance Pledge)
