Formalities and Required Documents
Applications should be made in person at the Marine and Water Bureau, with the submission of the followings:
- Application form for Cancellation of Seaman Registration (Format M4/DET); (the form can be obtained from the locations for application)
- Copy of I.D.(original copy to be presented);
- Original copy of seaman’s registration card.

Upon submission of all necessary documents, the processing time is 3 working days, following the day of application submission. (Performance Pledge)
