Formalities and Required Documents
Applicants can file an application to the Marine and Water Bureau by logging on to the “Government Dockyard – Online Services Application System” (no English translation) or submit an application form (format 6) (which can be obtained from the location for application) or a written request (self-written) in person or by fax to the Marine and Water Bureau.
Notes: Supplementary documents should be submitted after the application is approved, depending on the cases.
