Time Limit for Application
According to the course regulations.
Formalities and Required Documents
Applications should be made in person at the Maritime Training School, with the submission of the followings:
- Course application form (provided by the Maritime Training School);
- Medical certificate (submitted according to course regulations);
- A 1 1/2-inch recent colour photo showing your full frontal face without any head covering.
Documents to be presented:
- Original copy of I.D.;
- Certificates of qualifications.
Notes:
- The above information is for reference. The documents required to be submitted specified on the course regulations concerned shall prevail.
- All documents must be submitted before the deadline specified in the course regulations.
