Formalities and Required Documents
Application letter for replacement (self-written) should be addressed to the Director of Marine and Water Bureau. It must be signed by a person with binding power over the applicant and his/her identity and signature must be notarised.
Notes: For the complete examination of the application, the applicant must provide clarification or additional documents that are necessary in accordance with the requirements of the Marine and Water Bureau.

Application Fees
Fees levied according to the Dispatch of Chief Executive No. 415/2009:
- Replacement of Licence: MOP 2,000.
- Replancement of Ferry Routes Permit: MOP 2,000 (each route permission).
Notes: By cash, bank draft or certified cheque (Bank draft and certified cheque are payable to the “Direcção dos Serviços de Assuntos Marítimos e de Água”.)
Processing Time
As the case may be.
Notes: For clarification or resubmission of documents: the applicant will be notified within 15 days upon receipt of application. (Performance Pledge)
