Service Procedure
Target Groups and Application Eligibility:
Applicant who has failed in the theory or practical test.
Required Document: Same as the first application
Document must be presented:
Same as the first application, or one distinct photocopy of the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card which has been confirmed by the driving school or instructor.

Charges
Charges (or Taxes): In accordance with the Dispatch No. 525/2016 ratified by the Chief Executive, “The Tax Table, Tariff and Price List of the Transport Bureau” published on the Macao Government Official Gazette (Series I) on December 31, 2016.
Fee for the form: Free of charge.
Stamp Duty: No stamp duty.
Deposit: No deposit necessary.
Remark
1.If the driver health medical certificate Is issued by the Health Bureau Health Center, the Worker’s Medical Clinic, Kiang Wu Hospital, University Hospital or Macau Yinkui Hospital, there is no need to submit the driver health medical certificate (hard copy).
2.A document for the insurance of the third party should be submitted by the applicant for the exam of light/heavy motorcycle when issuing learner driving license (if the insurance expires before the exam date, a valid insurance certification must be shown).
3.Applicant who intends to change the personal information is required to show the original certificate issued by the Identification Bureau and submit a photocopy of it.
4.The repeaters and the absentees of the practice driving test can reapply for a new exam within 2 years from the date of approval in the theory test, with payment of the corresponding fee.
5.Requests for retake of the practice driving test which are part of the driving exam that are stopped more than 90 days are archived due to the inertia of the interested parties (the archiving will not affect the validity of the theory test referred to in paragraph 4).
