Service Procedure
Target Groups and Application Eligibility:
Candidate who cannot attend the exam.
Required Document:
1.Mod. No. 001/DLC (available at the Service Counters of the Transport Bureau or download from the Transport Bureau website).
2.The valid Macao identity card or valid document for legal stay in Macao SAR. ( Photo captures will be kept accordingly )
3.Declaration (template) and supporting documents to prove the reason for applying an advanced or postponed driving exam.

Charges
Charges (or Taxes): In accordance with the Dispatch No. 525/2016 ratified by the Chief Executive, “The Tax Table, Tariff and Price List of the Transport Bureau” published on the Macao Government Official Gazette (Series I) on December 31, 2016.
Fee for the form: Free of charge.
Stamp Duty: No stamp duty.
Deposit: No deposit necessary.
Remark
1. The Macao SAR Resident Identity Card can also be presented electronically through One Account.
2. The approval or disapproval for the reason of advance or delay of the exam will be in accordance with “Regulation of Advances and Delays of Driving Exam”. Details of the relevant regulation can be found as below “Legislations Website”.
3. Applicants can contact their driving school to apply online, and must submit a signed declaration and original supporting documents to the driving school for uploading to the Bureau for verification, and the originals must be kept for further checking purposes till the end of driving exam.
4. The content of the statement submitted by the applicant must be true and correct. If a false statement is provided, all the money paid will not be refunded, and the candidate must bear any criminal liability.
