Service Procedure
Target Groups and Application Eligibility:
Applicant for cancelling the category of the driving license
Required Document:
1.Mod. No. 009/DLC (available at the service counters of the Transport Bureau or download from the Transport Bureau website)
2.Mod. No. 3A (available at the service counters of the Transport Bureau or download from the Transport Bureau website)
3.The valid Macao Driving license
4.One distinct photocopy of the valid identity card
5.One 1.5 inches recent color photo (with white background)
Document must be presented:
1.The valid Macao Driving license
2.The valid identity card
Service location and hour
Reception area of the Transport Bureau (Estrada de D. Maria II)
Address: Estrada de D. Maria II, N.° 33, Macau
Office Hours: Monday to Friday (working days) from 9 am to 6 pm (open during lunch hours).

Charges (or Taxes): MOP400.00
Fee for the form: Free of charge
Stamp Duty: No stamp duty
Deposit: No deposit necessary
Remark
1.If applicant intends to cancel all the categories in his/her driving license, it is not required to pay any fee
2.Person with a cancelled driving license intends to regain his/her entitlement to drive, he/she has to pass the exam again before obtaining the driving license.
