Formal application form with all supporting document must be submitted 30 days prior to desire variation effective.
Application procedure and required documents:
The applicant is required to submit the following documents or information in writing
The holder of the AOC shall submit an application on the appropriate application form (Application for Renewal/Variation of Air Operator Certificate (AOC) FS/APP/002) to the AACM giving full details with supporting information for the requested amendments; (application form can be downloaded from AACM homepage)

Processing time
The approval process will commence upon receipt of all the documents. The time required is to be determined on a case by case basis. For details, please contact the Civil Aviation Authority.
