1. What is the definition of application for license?
Issue of administrative license to individuals or entities that intend to operate bleaching and dyeing shops.
2. Can the license be cancelled immediately after the establishment ceases operation?
In accordance with law, the procedure for cancellation can only be initiated if an establishment is not in operation for 60 days in a year.
3. Can we apply for a license if two shops are merged into one on our own initiative?
In case of merging two or more shops or dividing one shop, applicants should apply for and obtain the approval from the Land and Urban Construction Bureau in advance.
4. Can we apply for the license if the written report of property registration of the shop states that it is for industrial use?
The written report of property registration of the shop in the application must state that it is for commercial or industrial use.
5. Is there any restriction on the ceiling height of the establishment?
There is no restriction on the ceiling height for application. However, it is eventually subject to the comments of the Land and Urban Construction Bureau during consultation. With regard to shops which have attics or basements, the information indicated on the written report of property registration should prevail.
