Service introduction
To guarantee freedom of expression and information, freedom of the press and the professional independence and secrecy of journalists, Article 11(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act requires that personal data processing is taken for the purpose of journalism, arts or literature, and the respective right of access is exercised through the Personal Data Protection Bureau.
Service targets
Data subjects of the personal data processing carried out for the purpose of journalism, arts or literature.
Result of service
The Personal Data Protection Bureau shall inform the applicant of the result in writing.
