Documents needed

One of the following completed forms according to the type of enquiry:

  1. Acesso a dados relacionados com o “Ficheiro do registo do tratamento de dados pessoais”
  2. Emissão de certidões relativas ao “Registo do tratamento de dados pessoais”
  3. Certidão relacionada com o registo de infracções administrativas previstas na «Lei da Protecção de Dados Pessoais»

Address:Avenida da Praia Grande, N.º 804, Edif. China Plaza, 17.º andar, Macau

Monday to Thursday: 09:00-13:00, 14:30-17:45
Friday: 09:00-13:00, 14:30-17:30

Apply by post

Mail to “Macao P.O. Box 880”, or to “Personal Data Protection Bureau, Avenida da Praia Grande, N.º 804, Edif. China Plaza, 17.º andar, Macau”.  When submitting by post, the date of postmark will be regarded as the date of application.

Fee

The Personal Data Protection Bureau accepts and handles applications, free of charge, of the access to the personal data processing register database for authorizations and notifications.  In case a certificate, certified copy or photo copy is applied, this will involve the tax required by the Stamp Duty Regulation and the General Table of Stamp Duty, both have been amended by Law No. 24/2020.
