How to Apply
Submission Period:
07:00-23:00 daily (except first 3 days of Chinese New Year)
Application Procedures and Documents Required:
Applicant may choose to:
(1) Submit the application form online and then visit the main entrance service counter in person on ground floor of the UM Sports Complex to settle the payment. UM Sports Facilities User card will be ready to be picked up immediately

Or
(2) Visit the main entrance service counter in person on ground floor of the UM Sports Complex to fill in the application and then settle the payment. UM Sports Facilities User Card will be ready to be picked up immediately:
(2.1) If the applicant is an UM alumnus, a copy of the alumni card (or the electronic version in the “Macao One Account”) and a photo are required for the application
(2.2) If the applicant is the direct family member of an UM employee, a copy of the immediate family member’s staff ID card and a photo are required for the application

Holders of Family Member Card: Free of charge
Others: MOP150 per year / MOP75 half a year
