How to Apply
Submission Period：At least 30 days prior to the first day of rental of the venue.
Application Procedures and Documents Required：
Submit the application, together with a brief introduction of the company/organization as well as details of the event, by mail or in person to the University of Macau in the form of an official letter addressed to the Rector of the University of Macau.

In-person application：
Submit the application by mail or in person to the University of Macau.
Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00-13:00, 14:00-17:45
Friday: 9:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30
Closed on public holidays
Charges
Rental fees should be paid to the University of Macau in accordance with the published “Tariff of the Facilities and Services of the University of Macau” (Portuguese version) after the venue application is approved.

Payment method:
1. Pay by cheque/promissory note/bank draft made payable to the “University of Macau” or direct transfer to the bank account of the University of Macau.
2. Pay at the Finance Office

Processing Time
The approval time depends on each application, yet the applicant will be notified of the application status within 10 working days
Remarks/Notes for Application
Upon submitting the application for rental of the venue until the end of the rental, it is assumed that the organization has read and agreed to comply with the “University of Macau Rules on Use of Venue for External Organization”.

The application must be made by a registered organization. Applications made by individuals are not accepted.
