How to Process
Documents to be submitted:
1. Application form 007/DACRA/DACREC (The form is available free of charge at the Division of Cultural, Recreational and Association Affairs and the Public Services Centres in various districts, or it can be downloaded from the IAM website www.iam.gov.mo.);
2. Application form 004/DACRA/DACREC (The form is available free of charge at the Division of Cultural, Recreational and Association Affairs and the Public Services Centres in various districts, or it can be downloaded from the IAM website www.iam.gov.mo.);
3. Budget table of income and expenditure of operation;
4. Various items of income and expenditure in the past 12 months ;
5. Annual plan of activities / projects;
6. Copy of the minutes of the latest general assembly
7. Copy of the latest certificate of association
8. Copy of regulations of the association published in the “Official Gazette”
9. Copy of the first page of the bank book of account (if any)

Remarks / Important Notes on Application
Important notes:
1. The income amount of subsidised activity / project cannot be larger than the expenditure amount;
2. If the actual expenditure of subsidised activity / project is greatly reduced compared to the original application budget, the subsidy amount will be reduced proportionally;
3. During the procedures relevant to the subsidy, individuals who are granted with subsidy by making false declarations, providing false information or adopting any illegal methods are required to assume the administrative, civil and criminal liabilities that may be applicable in accordance with the law, without prejudice to their acceptance of the consequences of breach of the obligations;
4. IAM reserves the final right of interpretation of the content of this subsidy scheme;

Relevant Standards or Requirements
1. Non-governmental associations that are legally established in Macao and meet the following conditions are eligible for application for subsidy:
1.1 The association has been established for 10 years or above;
1.2 The association is equipped with an integrated community service facility that meets the requirements for subsidy;
1.3 The applicant association is required to have experience in operating integrated community service facility for 10 years or above;
1.4 In the event of important incidents in the society, the association is capable of utilising appropriate manpower to carry out the emergency work in the integrated community service facility in cooperation with the Macao SAR Government;
1.5 The association was granted with subsidy from IAM or other public entities for projects conducted in the past three years;
2. Each association can only apply for one subsidy for operation of integrated community service facility at maximum;
3. The subsidy is disbursed afterwards. The subsidy recipient is required to submit reports in designated periods and the subsidy is disbursed in the form of reimbursement on actual expenses.
