Those that intend to operate an establishment of veterinary clinical care activities are required to apply for a valid license for the establishment from the Municipal Affairs Bureau.

Any individual or legal person is eligible for application.
Result of service
The Municipal Affairs Bureau issues the License for Establishments of Veterinary Clinical Care Activities to the establishment concerned.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
