Change of Setting of Establishment


How to process

Documents required to be submitted:
1. Designated form;
2. Construction plan of the establishment;
3. Information and description of the compartments, facilities and equipment of the establishment;
4. Other certification documents deemed necessary by the Municipal Affairs Bureau.
The above-mentioned documents are required to be submitted in seven copies. If the establishment intends to employ over 30 employees, an extra copy of the documents is required to be added accordingly. During the process of license application, the Division of Animal Inspection and Control may request the provision of other required information depending on the actual situation.

Document required to be produced:
Original or notarised copy of the identification document of the applicant / legitimate representative with form of signature.

2. Northern District Public Services Centre: Rua Nova da Areia Preta, n. o 52, Centro de Serviços da RAEM, Macau
3. Central District Public Services Centre: Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, n.os 5 e 7, Complexo da Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, 3.˚ andar, Macau
4. Islands District Public Services Centre: Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.˚ andar, Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas, Taipa
5. Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station: Avenida de Vale das Borboletas, Complexo Comunitário de Seac Pai Van, 6.˚ andar, Coloane 

Office hours:
1.  Integrated Services Centre and Public Services Centres
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
2.  Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

Fees

Application fee: MOP 600


Time required for approval

If the applicant submits all required documents that meet the standards within the designated period, the time for approval review is 81 working days excluding the construction period.

Remarks / important notes on application

1. Applicants can make an application in person or by authorising a representative;
2. Whether the procedures can be completed successfully depends on whether the applicant can rectify the deficiencies or provide supplementary information on time.
