Provisional License for Establishments of Commercial Activity of Animals

Change of Managers, Members of Administration and Management Organs or Main Office-Holders of Organs


How to process

Deadline for application: A notification should be made to the Municipal Affairs Bureau within 30 days counting from the day of occurrence of the change of the managers, the members of administration and management organs or the main office-holders of organs.

Documents required to be submitted:
1. Designated form;
2. In addition to the above-mentioned application form, the following documents are required to be submitted:
  2.1 For a company:
     2.1.1 Copy of business registration certificate issued by the Commercial and Movable Property Registry of Macao;
     2.1.2 Copy of the identification document of the new manager or member of administration and management organs of the company;
     2.1.3 The Certificate of Criminal Record of the new manager or member of administration and management organs of the company. 
  2.2 For an association or foundation:
     2.2.1 Copy of the certificate of registration in the Identification Services Bureau issued by the bureau;
     2.2.2 Copy of the Certificate of Leadership Structure issued by the Identification Services Bureau;
     2.2.3 Copy of identification document of the new main office-holder of organs;
     2.2.4 The Certificate of Criminal Record of the new main office-holder of organs;
3. Other certification documents deemed necessary by the Municipal Affairs Bureau.

Document required to be produced:
Original or notarised copy of the identification document of the applicant / legitimate representative with form of signature

2. Northern District Public Services Centre: Rua Nova da Areia Preta, n. o 52, Centro de Serviços da RAEM, Macau
3. Central District Public Services Centre: Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, n.os 5 e 7, Complexo da Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, 3.˚ andar, Macau
4. Islands District Public Services Centre: Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.˚ andar, Centro de Serviços da RAEM das Ilhas, Taipa
5. Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station: Avenida de Vale das Borboletas, Complexo Comunitário de Seac Pai Van, 6.˚ andar, Coloane 

Office hours:
1.  Integrated Services Centre and Public Services Centre
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
2.  Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

Fees

Payment of fees is not required.

Time required for approval

If the applicant submits all required documents that meet the standards within the designated period, the time for approval review is 10 working days.
