How to Process
Documents required to be submitted:
1.Application form for Registration of Veterinary Surgeon(032/DICV/DIS);
2.Copy of valid identification document;
3.Copy of veterinary professional accreditation certificate;
4.Health certificate issued by a doctor of the Health Bureau;
5.Certificate of Criminal Record;
6.Other certification documents deemed necessary by the Municipal Affairs Bureau.

1.Original or notarised copy of the valid identification document;
2.Original or notarised copy of the veterinary professional accreditation certificate.

Fees
Application fee: MOP 1,000
Stamp duty: 10% of application fee (MOP 100)
Fees, charges and prices list: Chief Executive Writ of Instructions no. 43/2024 “Approval of the table of fees relating to certification of professional accreditation and registration of veterinary surgeons, establishments of veterinary clinical care activities and establishments of commercial activity of animals”.
Time required for approval
Time for processing: 7 working days
(Counting from the next day following the submission of all required document. If it is required to seek comments from the Council of Veterinary Medicine Professionals, 10 working days should be added to the time for approval review.)
Remarks / Important notes on application
Important notes:
1.If the applicant is a non-resident worker, the copy of identification document submitted is required to be consistent with the information on the veterinary professional accreditation certificate. Moreover, a copy of the Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card (blue card) is required to be submitted additionally;
2.If the application documents are not fully submitted or completed, the Municipal Affairs Bureau will notify the applicant to submit the supplementary information within 10 working days. Failure to submit the supplementary documents within the above-mentioned period is considered as giving up the application and it will be archived;
3.If the applicant has been sentenced to imprisonment or a fine in the final ruling for committing other crimes incompatible with the exercise of the profession, it is required to seek the comments from the Council of Veterinary Medicine Professionals.

Methods for Collection of Service Result
Collection in person:
The applicant is required to produce the original receipt and the original identification document for verification.
Authorising a representative for collection:
If the applicant intends to authorise another person to collect the service result on behalf of him / her, the representative is required to produce the original receipt and the original identification document for verification. In addition, an authorisation letter is required to be submitted along with a copy of the identification documents of the authoriser and the authorised person.
