Registration number, name of the trade union or trade union federation, the date of first publication in the Official Gazette of the MSAR.
3. Documents required for application：
Apply to the Labour Affairs Bureau and submit the completed “Application form for registration certificate of trade union or trade union federation (certificate of existence of record with the Labour Affairs Bureau)”
4. Fees：
(1) Printed certificate: MOP15.00 for the first page, and MOP5.00 for each additional page;
(2) Electronic certificate: MOP15.00 for each certificate.
5. Time required for processing：
10 working days（counting from the date of receipt of application）
