Scope of Service

The registration is required prior to the importation or exportation of goods subject to licensing control for Individual Company or Company.

2. Company Registration.

Application Eligibility

According to the provisions of Law n.° 7/2003, amended by Law n.° 3/2016 – “External Trade Law”, natural or legal persons who have fulfilled their tax obligations, especially business tax and consumption tax in the Macao Special Administrative Region, may conduct external trade activity.

Result of Approval for Application

Being registered as a Controlled External Trade Operator, the applicant would be able to apply for license, as well as cancel/amend relevant information upon request.
