A real estate management agency (e.g. the management committee or management company of a building) intends to carry out maintenance works for public area and facilities of a building partially owned by the SAR government must first apply to the Financial Services Bureau.

Any real estate management agency.
Result of service
The Financial Services Bureau will fulfill the relevant obligations according to the “Civil Code”.
