Service Target :
Macao residents who have been confirmed by doctors of the Health Bureau to be suffering from any of the infectious diseases, drug dependence, oncological and psychiatric diseases indicated in Subsection b), Section 2 of Article 3 in Decree-law no. 24/86/M, and who have to receive interdisciplinary treatment for long-term, and are not the beneficiaries covered by the medical insurance system referred to in Article 14 of the Decree-law.
