Approval for Transfer of Medicine Documentation

Service Introduction

Provision of product documentation transfer service to eligible firms upon request.

Service target and eligibility:

1. Companies holding the licence for “firms for import, export and wholesale of pharmaceutical products” issued by the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau;
2. Businesses holding the “Registration for Controlled Foreign Trade Operations” issued by the Economic and Technological Development Bureau.

Result of application: The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau will handle the product documentation transfer for the applicants who meet the approval requirements.
