Application for the Certificate of Medical Sanitation for Human Body Transportation.
Service target and eligibility
Persons or their agents who intend to apply for a Funeral and Burial Pass in accordance with Article 8 of the Decree-Law No. 7/85 of 9th February
Note: The existing legislation does not require a permit for the transportation of exhumed remains (skeletal remains) buried for 5 years or above, but in case the Certificate of Medical Sanitation is required by the export destination country/region, application can be filed by a legitimate person.
Result of service
Health Bureau will issue the Certificate of Medical Sanitation for Human Body Transportation to successful applicant.
