Introduction of service

Evaluation and approval for use of aeronautical radio frequency.

Service target and eligibility criteria

Application procedure for use of aeronautical radio frequency (including the new frequency configuration and the request for the change of frequency configuration), as for example:

• Apply for the configuration of aeronautical radio frequency as a liaison between the operator and aircraft;
• Apply for the configuration of aeronautical radio frequency for the use of radio navigation system or surveillance system;
• Apply for the installation or operation of any system using the aeronautical radio frequency.

Result

Issue the approval of use of aeronautical radio frequency to the eligible air operator.
