English student magazine UM Bridges published

The University of Macau (UM) Department of Communication recently held a launch ceremony for the latest issue of the English student magazine UM Bridges. The new issue is themed ‘SONDER’, which means that everyone has a story. The magazine delves into numerous aspects of the local community, featuring five topics, namely Awakening, Green Fashion, 20 Years, Self-made Future, and Fika.

The “Exhibition of Works by Tam Chek Wun and Lao Chon Hong, Artists Winning the Grand Prize of the Jury Award of the Collective Exhibition of Macao Artists 2017”, organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, will be inaugurated on Friday, 6 December, at 6:30pm, at the Exhibitions Gallery of the Taipa Houses. All are welcome to attend and visit the exhibition.


“Macao Light Festival 2019 – Explore the Light” unfolds glittery journey in celebration of 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Macao SAR

Organized by Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and co-organized by Municipal Affairs Bureau, Cultural Affairs Bureau and Sports Bureau, “Macao Light Festival 2019 – Explore the Light” is lighting up Macao from 1st to 31st December. An opening ceremony unveiled the event at Anim’Arte Nam Van tonight (1st December). Held for the fifth year, the Macao Light Festival illuminates the city’s northern district for the first time, and brings together four teams from Spain, Portugal, Japan and Shenzhen as well as two local teams to present an array of projection mapping shows, in joyful celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region.




CE congratulates new principal officials for fifth-term Government
