Government monitoring well-being of retired greyhounds

MPI Students Benefit from Participating in the Greater Bay Area Nurse Camp

During summer vacation, the School of Health Sciences and Student Affairs Office of Macao Polytechnic Institute (MPI), and the Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU) co-organised the "2018 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Summer Nurse Camp" with the theme of "Learn Lingnan Culture, Discover the Essence of Nursing". Approximately 20 MPI students, together with students from China and Hong Kong, gathered at SYSU in Guangzhou to participate in the 2-week nurse camp.


Mortgage loans statistics – June 2018

According to statistics released today by the Monetary Authority of Macao, both new approvals of residential mortgage loans (RMLs) and commercial real estate loans (CRELs) increased in June 2018. With regard to the outstanding balance, both RMLs and CRELs witnessed monthly increases.


Demographic statistics for the 2nd quarter of 2018

Information from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) indicated that the total population was 658,900 as at end-June 2018, an increase of 2,200 quarter-to-quarter; female population (349,600) accounted for 53.1% of the total.

Consumer Council conducted its second ‘Supermarket price survey’ on 9 August for the implementation of Section 2b), Article 10, Law 4/95/M of 12 June. Surveyed locations included supermarkets near Iao Hon Market and the Border Gate area (Portas do Cerco ) in N. Sra. de Fátima Parish.
