The fifth module of the Global Leadership Development Programme, co-organised by the University of Macau (UM) Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM) and Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), was held in Kyushu and Nagasaki, Japan, recently. Information from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) indicated that the overall residential property price index for April - June 2018 increased by 1.7% over the previous period (March - May 2018) to 269.4. The indices for the Macao Peninsula (271.8) and Taipa & Coloane (258.2) rose by 1.9% and 0.5% respectively.
