Arrangements for citizens to register and collect consumption subsidy at DSI
In regard to the Consumption Subsidy Plan promulgated by Administrative Regulation No. 6/2020 of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, first-time applicants of Macao Special Administrative Region Resident Identity Card (hereinafter called resident identity card) or holders of expired non-permanent resident identity card who are subject to residence authorization are required to register and collect the consumption subsidy at the Identification Services Bureau (DSI).

In response to the most recent situation of the novel coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the United States of America and Europe, Hong Kong and Macao authorities have imposed medical observation and quarantine measures for those who were in the United States of America or Europe in the 14 days prior to their entry. The Higher Education Bureau (DSES) and the Tourism Crisis Management Office (GGCT) urges Macao residents currently studying in the United States of America or Europe, as well as those currently travelling in those destinations and planning to return to Macao via Hong Kong International Airport to register as soon as possible for entry facilitation and medical observation in Macao.
