Macao Museum organizes a series of activities on the occasion of its 20th anniversary

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Macao Museum of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Museum specially organizes a series of rich activities, including thematic exhibitions, a series of cultural lectures, games related to the Macao Museum, exchange programmes for middle school students with the Shenzhen Museum, publication of research and studies and other promotional and educational activities, which are open to the general public.


Exhibition “Typa Anchorage: Names of the Past and the Present” opens next Thursday

Organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the exhibition “Typa Anchorage: Names of the Past and the Present” will be inaugurated on Thursday, 19 April, at 6:30pm, at the Nostalgic House of Taipa Houses. The exhibition runs until 18 June and is open to the general public.

Mortgage loans statistics – February 2018

According to statistics released today by the Monetary Authority of Macao, new approvals of residential mortgage loans (RMLs) and commercial real estate loans (CRELs) both decreased from a month earlier in February 2018. With regard to the outstanding balance, RMLs remained virtually unchanged whereas CRELs witnessed a slight monthly increase.


2017 Annual Report of the CCAC of Macao published in Official Gazette

According to the Organic Law of the Commission Against Corruption of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Commissioner Against Corruption, Cheong Weng Chon, submitted 2017 Annual Report of the Commission Against Corruption of Macao to the Chief Executive, Choi Sai On, in March 2018. The report was published in the Official Gazette of the Macao Special Administrative Region today (11th April).


2018MIECF Offers Platform for the Development of Eco-cities and a ‘Green’ Economy

The 2018 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum and Exhibition (2018MIECF) is held from April 12 to 14, with the theme “Shaping of Eco-Cities for Inclusive Green Economy”. The event is organised by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) and takes place at the Cotai Expo in the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel.
