Organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym), the 33^rd Macao International Music Festival (MIMF) will continue to offer several musical performances this week. The Sejong Soloists and local young violinist Sophia Su will join hands to bring the concert “Serenade of Strings” to the stage; Peter Broderick, a music prodigy from the United States, will guide the audience to embark on a cross-disciplinary musical journey; the closing concert “The Yellow River Cantata”will be presented as a tribute to celebrate and commemorate the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 20^th anniversary of Macao’s Handover to China.
