The 7th High-Level Joint Meeting on Postal Services between Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Opens in Kunming

The 7th High-Level Joint Meeting on Postal Services between Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao was successfully held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, on 25 August. The theme of this meeting was: "Working Together with One Heart, Integrating the Greater Bay Area — Advancing High-Quality Development of the Postal Industry in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao." The opening ceremony was jointly officiated by Guo Dajin, Vice Governor of the Yunnan Provincial Government; Mr. Zhao Chongjiu, the Director of the State Post Bureau, Mr. Liu Aili, Chairman of the China Post Group Corporation Limited, Ms. Tai Shuk Yiu, Postmaster General of Hongkong Post and Mr. Lao Lan Wa, Acting Director of the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT Macao).




State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City holds academic committee meeting to accelerate development of smart city technologies

The State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City (SKL-IOTSC) at the University of Macau (UM) held the third meeting of its second Academic Committee. During the meeting, committee members reviewed the laboratory’s annual work report and recognised its achievements. They engaged in in-depth discussions and offered recommendations on research directions, talent cultivation, technology transfer, and future development.




Government launches one-month consultation on 2027 Policy Address

The Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Government has launched a one-month consultation process, running from today (24 August) until 23 September, to gather public opinion regarding the 2027 Policy Address.
